Cancellation & Refund Policy

Paid plans start with a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start. If you cancel any time before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you don’t cancel, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged for the first billing period of the plan you selected.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period at your plan’s current price until you cancel. The renewal price and interval are shown before you subscribe and in your billing settings.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your workspace, using the manage-subscription option, or by emailing revroaiadmin@gmail.com from the email on your account.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to an inactive state.

Because you can try RevroAI free before paying and cancel at any time, charges for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable, including partial periods, unless a refund is required by law or we approve one in writing. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling before the trial ended, or charged the wrong amount, contact us within 60 days at revroaiadmin@gmail.com. We will investigate and refund confirmed billing errors to the original payment method.

Upgrades may take effect immediately, with any prorated charge shown before you confirm. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. Switching plans does not restart or extend the free trial.
