What RevroAI collects, why we use it, who helps us process it, and how you can access or delete it.

1. Who we are

This policy explains how RevroAI handles personal information when you use https://revroai.com, the RevroAI workspace and related services.

2. Information we collect

Account details: name, email and sign-in credentials (passwords are handled by our authentication provider).
Business profile and onboarding answers: business type and niche, name, market or audience, goals, channels, competitors, value and volume ranges, and other answers you give.
Website data: website, store or app-listing URLs you provide, and publicly available information detected when we scan those pages (for example titles, headings, links, robots and sitemap files).
Workspace activity: actions, plans, goals, wins and notes you create, and AI Advisor questions and responses.
Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, browser and device type, and approximate location from IP address.
Billing metadata: plan, subscription status, trial dates and payment-processor customer/subscription identifiers. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
Connected integrations: if you choose to connect a third-party account, the data that account makes available, limited to what the Service needs.
Support and inquiries: information you send us through contact or managed-growth forms, including consent preferences.

3. How we use it

To provide and personalize the Service, including your Growth DNA, recommendations, plans and reports.
To run website scans and AI analysis you request.
To manage trials, subscriptions and billing.
To respond to support requests and send service messages (such as account and billing notices).
To secure the Service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
To understand usage and improve the product.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to save progress (for example, onboarding answers before you create an account). We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how visitors find and use the site. Where required, we will ask for consent before using non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Where data is processed

Our providers may process data in countries other than where you live, including the United States and Canada. Data protection laws there may differ from those in your country. We take reasonable steps to ensure providers protect your information.

7. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, legal, tax and dispute purposes. Pre-signup answers saved in your browser stay on your device until you sign up or clear them. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify your data unless we must keep it by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls that keep each account’s data separate. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password.

9. Your choices and rights

You can view and edit most profile information in your workspace settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email revroaiadmin@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. See also our Terms of Service.
