How AI credits work

Actions cost different amounts. Advisor answer: 1 credit. Content draft (blog ideas, page copy): 2 credits. Comprehensive AI report or plan: 5 credits. Failed requests are refunded. Included credits reset each billing month; preview/trial accounts get 25 credits total. Saved data and non-AI tools keep working if you run out. Active subscribers can optionally buy top-ups (100 credits for CAD 15, 500 for CAD 60) that carry over. Nothing is charged automatically for overage.

Card payments start only once the owner connects Stripe; until then no card is requested and nothing is charged.
